Day SixtyFive of being Aflickionless...

This is being written on Sunday evening as we weren't around last night.

Russell worked at Ginger Minx (Yay), so Maz spent the night hanging out there. There was an All Blacks game on at Eden Park, so it was a whole different crowd to normal...lots of rugby heads. And you know what time we rolled in the door from there.
Maz was highly productive while there though, worked on her concept designs (shading & drawing the designs for the arms) and got a shoe order. YAY!

Tonight also marked 4months open for Ginger Minx!!!

Uber-cool New York band MGMT will DJ a fundraising night in Auckland for recovering Kiwi musician Chris Knox. The 56-year-old, known as the godfather of left-field New Zealand rock, had a major stroke last month and was admitted to Auckland City Hospital. He was discharged about two weeks ago and has since been undergoing speech therapy and work on relearning motor skills.

A convicted Rotorua policeman is still a sworn officer receiving full pay, despite being found guilty of choking his wife unconscious.

An 11-year-old boy has been shot dead while he and a cousin played with an unsecured high-powered rifle.

SLIGHTLY TWISTED
What do you call a dead baby, a rat, 6 week old bread and a gherkin?

A Big Mac

AUCKLAND FORECAST TODAY

Max: 14 °C
Min: 10°C (overnight)
Humidity: 63%
A few showers and fine breaks. Strong southwest. (Translation: some rain, some cloud, some sun...a mixed up day really)

CURRENT WEIRDNESS
That Maz used her brain before going out and saved the forecast.

DAILY FOF MOMENT
Forgetting how bad traffic and parking would be around the Minx last night, and having to park two streets up. FAIL!!!
